Refund policy
Our policy lasts 3 Days from delivery time. Refund processing time is 2-3 days once your return is accepted. If 3 Days have gone by since order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
You are only eligible for a refund if:
- Your items arrive damaged
To complete your refund we require video evidence of customer opening the package in front of camera showing the shipping label first & stating your order id & name for reference & showing that your items are damaged (if applicable). Please email your refund request to themommychoice@gmail.com Refund will be issued to your bank account within 3 working days.
Partial refunds will be issued if parts of your order are damaged or missing.
